We are switching our current email address's to another domain, but I can't get the fax server to send it to a different email address. I have even tried a yahoo account and so far, the only email address that works is my old one. It has been five years since we set the system up so my memory is foggy on what we did. Any help is appreciated.

Put all of your settings in an external mail client first to make sure you can send and receive. I typically use Thunderbird by Mozilla.

For the record, where are you trying to change the email address? If you are using EM as a "fax server" then you would change the email in each individual Call Routing Application under Fax Delivery Email Address.

I am having this same issue. We are switching our current email addresses to another domain, but I can't get the fax server to send it to a different email address. I can send an email from the outlook running on the fax server but it will not send to any other address but the old domain. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing. I know where to change the fax delivery email in the DB Studio software but it will not send it to the address. I get the emails forwarded from my old address but I'm not sure how long our old emails will be doing this. I found out this problem when we had a new hire and they don't have the old domain email to forward.

Thank you, Sherri Powers
