hi, new to this board, but hope I can get some help today and maybe be of some help another. I'm getting locked out of mailboxes, randomly and getting the message something like log in incorrect cannot proceed due to multiple inncoorect logins please diconnect now. I've tried reinializing the password as well as the mailbox and deleting and recreating the mailbox--doesn't work. Only a restart of the system works. This happens to random mailboxes, anyone run into before, or know what's causing it? 5slot carrier,acs3.0,206e,400e and vs 4.1 w/4x40 expansion card. thanks in advance, 4mrbellguy

It sounds like it time to default the VMS and rebuild it and hope that straightens it out.

start by haveing sub disconnect from voice mail correctly ,instead of hanging up tell them to use **9 after listing to their voice-mail , its helped on a few ofmine

thanks alot guys, I'll try the **9 first, I was thinking I'd have to rebuild it also, but I'll give that a shot first.
