Hey guys i got partner voice messaging pc card
back of card sais cwd2b r2.0.1 pvm card
CC#108506080 99dr06 please tell me that its more than 4 mailboxes cause i cant assign more
am i missing a step or i just lost my profit on my sale

If it's a 2x16 it will say (Large) on it.If it isn't it won't even have the configuration option in the admin menu

If it is one of the older PC mails, I don't think it says on it large(16 box) or small (4 box).
But yea you can try to go into system conf. option 2 in the admin side and see.
Try to change the system conf. ( option 2 ) to 16 boxes.

i saw that option 2 in the book but it sais invalid entry it goes from option 1 for mailbox then 3 for selector codes

OK, then I would say it is the 4box like dtmf said.
Did it say anything on the card itself?
Like large or small?

Oh wait, option 3 should be for auto attendent.
