Is there a Call Park feature available on the Partner ACS ver7? If not is there anything that can be done to achieve similar results?
Thank in advance for your replies

There is Call Park. A description of it's use is in the documentation. :read:

Yes there is a Call Park feature, but we only use it on customers that pool their lines. And in my opinion it isn't real user friendly.
If your lines are not pooled you can simply put the call on hold then page out an say something like "John you have a call on line one".
To use call park: while on the call press transfer then the 2-digit ext number you are at.
Then to pick back up press icom 6 and the two digit ext number that put it on park.
