I have a 2 part question concerning a Partner II Phone System.
1. The system is maxed out on lines and using Centrex feature to transfer calls from the Phone System to (3) separate Single line Phone ( centrex) ie. * 30, * 31 etc.
2. How does a user provide a Hookflash on the partner, and can it and how do you program a "Hook Flash" Button on the Digital Phone.
This customer really need a new system,..but can't get them to update.

Redskin, Is this customer using the centrex feature only for the purpose of transfering calls to the three extensions. It would make more sense to upgrade processor to a ACS 7.0 and cancel the lines for the 3 extensions. Money ahead in the long run. Phones cabinet and cards are compatable. And the customer saves money in the long run. WIN WIN
