The only problem I found with one new 18d is that the mic was installed upside down. The customer said the HfAI wasn't working.

Try making a call from a line truck with your butt set if you can make a call then it is a problem with the actual Avaya Partner ACS.

In the last 15-20 18D telephones I've bought 2 of them had bad hookswitches. If you open the phone and mess with it you can get it to work for a while. All of them have been dialing fine however.

The new Partner phones have the same motherboard in the phone as the last version, they basically changed the look to make it more modern by changing the plastics and handset. Unless the keypad is different, it should be the same phone.

They put in a older partner phone and it worked flawlessly.

dunno if you guys do norstar but the t 7316e sets right now really bad for gray market make sure it has that cool looking sticker on em
