I have a Merlin legend phone system that I just upgrade from a R2.0 to a R7.0 I want to put line 819 on the main phone 110 I can't get in to the ext I tryed on the mlx20L no good I tryed on the computer spm no good how do I do this what is wrong. There was a t-1 on it the programing is still there but no t-1 everything is good but that. HELP

I don't know the system setup it not the way I would set it up. they have pool 70 with 5# pool 870 with more # and another pool for the T-1 that is not in uses The ext is 110 and I can do any programing to it not from the 20L or from ext program. How do you want me to cut ans paste the system to you????

line 819 is not in any pool I want to but 819 on the main phone she wants 2 AA and both of them to go on the main phone pool 70 is on there and I want to but line 819 on there too. I tryed to program the phone and I can't get in. Let me know if you need more info

Here are some other things too. The phone should ring at the main phone(20L ext110)she will tranfer the call it sould ring 7 times then ring at the main phone one time before it goes to the ext VM. It no longer does this how do I fix it?

You want that line in a pool? Or is it only for incoming? Will the system allow you to put it in pool 70?

There is going to be two AA. line 819 is AA 2 but I can't get in to ext 110 it just wont let me in to change anything.I go in on ext/line and try to get in and I can't.

I think the phone being a Queued Call Console has something to do with it. You may only be able to assign pools to it. Put the line in pool 892 and see what happens

I still can't do any programming on that ext. I can program ext 101 .It will not let me in the ext 110. I can program ext 101 from 110 but can't program ext 110 or get in to see what is on the ext????????????????????

The buttons on a QCC are FIXED, and you can't change them. IF you don't need the QCC (and I've never seen a setup that actually required one), change it to a DLC.
