Anyone know how to program a 8528T Voice terminal

I put the spid in but phone still gets NDT

I'm not familiar with the 8528s but I have a lot of exposure to the 8520s and I believe the 8528 is just the newer version.

I assume you've gone through the usual - try another line, try another phone etc.

ISDN is a PITA. If the line and the phone don't match perfectly then you'll get nothing. Do you get any messages at all - "Voice Call Blocked" or similar?

Are you running off a PBX or a 5ESS?
