In system status on IP Office 500v2 R6 one trunk show Out of service. Couldn't find any info on knowledge base how to restore, has anyone had this problem?

I think if you look at the line tab, and look at line type it will say out of service. Or maybe disabled. Just change that back to loop start or ground or whatever you need. It is in the docs that an unused trunk should be disabled. Is this a trunk that has been in service,or did you just notice it? Remember that this change will need a restart of the system.

Thanks But it's programmed as loop start. The led on button show green on M4424 phones, if I go in system status it show out of service.

Have you tested to make sure you have dial tone? Try unplugging the line at the KSU. Basics I know.

WHat is the first trunk? T1/PRI? SIP?

Yes line is working, moved to another CO port not problem. It is a copper line on 16 port module. There are no T1s just 24 copper lines
