We have a customer that is getting an IP500 v2 Rls6. They want night service. I have programmed a button with short code *20* to put the hunt group in night service. I also put a button on for *21*. I hate to use up 2 buttons for this. Is there an easier way?

Assign the feature to the button instead of having it dial a shortcode. This then becomes a toggle button.

Or, remember, you can use time profiles, either in Manager or Voicemail Pro (not sure which you have)

What if they need to toggle 3 hunt groups for day and night service?

Well. If you make a button that is "Set hunt group Night service" and define nothing in the action data field, that will force ALL groups that user is a member of, to night service.
If you specify a group in teh action field, it will only force that one group into night service.

So I could set a button for shortcode *20* and they would have to enter the hunt group numbers? For example, they would push the button and enter 200#, push it again for the next hunt group. Is this correct?

If you put the Set Hunt Group Night Service feature on a button as previously stated and do not put anything in the action field it will put all hunt groups the user is a member of in night service with out them entering any numbers. If you specify a group in the action data it will put just that group in night service. When you program the button use the feature don't use the dial code and enter the shortcode its just easier to use the feature.
