Using CTX100, eManager version 4.12A05
Sorry for the newbie question, but phones aren't really my thing. I'm the IT guy, and I've just moved a few people around the office. However, one of the phone stations was set to not ring on incoming calls, and another one was. I need to switch the two stations and no clue how.
I've found the PDN settings under Advanced Config > Station > Assignments, but they're all set to "Immediate Ring", so I'm assuming there's a setting elsewhere that controls which phones ring and which do not. Would really appreciate some help on switching these around, keeping in mind my knowledge of this system is pretty much limited to changing the display name on the station
