I've installed a DKT2304-CT Cordless to a DKT-3210-SD desk phone. Apparently either I'm missing something, or there are not compatible because neither are working. I have the incoming line from my CIX going into the "Line In" of the Base Unit, and the "Line Out" running into the DKT3210.

Did you set the 3210 to operate in 2000 series mode?

Not sure how to do that with a 3200 series phone. I know how with the 3000's, but that's not helping. Could you help me out?

Oh that's funny, the 3200 series is the 3000 series with the tin foil hats. The 5000 series was designed by someone who understand elegance, BUT I put a system into a house last week and what did the old wife say: "They look like they belong in a business" well DUH!
