I have a customer that attempted to connect his computer to the Dx-120 and to the Voice Mail. He said he never was able to connect. I went to the site and can not connect to either one with my laptop either. I tried different serial cables and restarted the system. No help. Is there something I can look for? Is there something he may have done to damage the connections? I can still access through the phone sets. I didn't want to do a cold start for the simple fact that everything is working, except the serial connections.
