Hello

Trying to get sip trunks working with a SCM but can't get it working correctly, I need the SBC as i'm using a router.
The SIP trunks work without the SBC fine once I turn it on I can only get inbound calls outbound does not work at all.

Also any know how to set up remote programming? I have the ports forwarded but don't know where I go from there?

Version 1.6 also have system under Nat enabled.

Thanks

As well as port 5060, have you also forwarded 20200?

Hey guys, I don't mean to hijack the thread (I can't be much help at all with your issue) but what ports are needed for remote access?

You want

5432,20001,20002,20003,20004,20005,20006,443

I have not been able to use 443 as it always used so I translate 449 to 443 then in your browser use xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:449.

Add to that 22 if you want the progresses to work on remote software upgrades.
Or you want to download something via sftp

1.6 is old software now.
2.1 is the latest I have.

From memory you don't turn nat on in the system just put the public ip address in

Sweet. Thanks. If I remember correctly, you would only turn on NAT if you're not using a router in front of the compact, right?

Is there a document that lists the ports? I have a bunch of documentation and access to we-voip and all of the appropriate websites for training etc...am I missing a list of them somewhere? I know there was for OfficeServ so I was thinking there may be one...
