I have a mital sx 550 at a motel, and there is a problem with the night shift phone line.

When you turn on the nightshift phone, and you get a call,
it rings 3 times and than gets transferred to room 10 automatically.
My night nightshift extension is 401, and for whatever reason the call gets moved to room 100.

Please, can anyone help me fix this problem

That's a new one to me. A Mitel SX 550? Do you maybe mean a Mitel SX-50?

Look in programming for where the calls in night service are to ring. It appears you may have the calls ringing to a group instead of a single extension.
