I need to know if there is a way to recover the password on a TVA50. The customer gave a guy the passwords that I had put in and he changed them. Now they call me because they did not know who the other guy is. The system belongs to the customer and they have every right to the passwords without basically a complete reinstall. Yes, there are backups in the history, but they are not backups that will help me out. I though I could take a blank TVA50 unit and restore the config file only and see if that will work.
