Can anyone point me to a site that has a manual for a dukane school paging system. The company sold one, the techs put it in with a install manual. But now we are having issues. The company never sent anyone to school on the system, a prequituate of dukane. But now that we didn't go to school, we have to work on the system. Dukane's tech support won't talk to anyone who hasn't gone to school. Which is their rules. But now the techs have to work on a system, that is acting funny, and we can't get any help on. :bang:

The primary issue is the clocks well start speeding up by theirselves. Their are alarms on the display of the programming phone that won't go way.

If we had the maintenance manual, we might beable to fix it. But we don't have it, them.

Any one that can help, it would be much appreseated.

First of all, what is the model of the system?

As Jeff said we need to know the model of the system.
I'll assume it's a Starcall system.

When I ran into the same brick wall a few years ago I told the customer to call the vendor that installed the system and request the installer's manual and the required software, which is Starcall Rapid.

The vendor tried to skirt around the issue and sent a User's guide.
To make a long story short my customer had to threaten to get an attorney involved before they finally sold them the manual and software.
The manual is really nothing more than a user's guide for the software.

As far as the clocks "speeding up" on their own... that's when they are trying to synchronize with the master clock. Are they displaying the correct time afterwards?

What are the alarm codes shown on the console?

Does anyone have the installation manual for the MCS350.

I have the users guides, ACC manual, Winpal manual, but cannot find the installation / service manual.

If anyone needs anything that I have for this unit, let me know.

Hi there. can you share those with me. Thanks. I'm working on a Older Dukane system Model MCS350 that the school purchased about 15 years ago and I can't seem to get it to ring the bells. I can ring the bells manually. I'm missing something. Something is not turned on. Times are set correctly.
