How and where do you fwd a attendent console in the winadmin to a diffrent phone?

This is a CTX 670.

The phone is what rings, the buttons on the console are just an extension of the phone.

You forward the phone and any call that would ring on the console would ring on the phone that was the receiver of the forward calls.
Sorry Bunnie but that is not always the case on CTX. It will not Forward I guarantee.
It will work on an intercom call only.

What keys ring on the phone ?
line keys
Pool Keys
Gco keys
In what modes do they ring ?
day day2 night
In line programming under the DIT tab where are the lines ringing in each mode?

The only way a call forward all will forward all ringing CO's on the phone is if the lines are DIT directly to it in programming.


If you are not using DAY 2 Mode then you can DIT all calls to the reception local in that mode-then the forwarding will work.
