On the STSe does SMDR include inbound CID info? If so does anyone have a recomedation for collecting and processing this info. I'm looking for a program that would place info in a spreadsheet or something similar to make it easier to digest

I recall that it will show inbound caller id, ext. #, duration of call, outbound number dialed, co line #, date and time ect.. The program we used was Tapit call accounting software, but there are several types that will work with the STSe. You can customize the program to capture specified fields, length of calls, ect...

Steve, yes it will include all call information, including incoming name and number. We sell Tapit EX call accounting software for the tracking and management, however you can have it dump straight to a PC as a text file and do anything you want with the records.

You could try Discovery CA. I have installed that software at numerous sites, it works well.
