I have a customer with a gold Stse version 3. the answered call log code is 659. Does anyone know the unanswered code?

There are no separate tables. Answered call displays an "A" and unanswered a "U" next to the number.

FP three has one list of both answered and unanswered calls..635 won't function.

Function and Button
Go to beginning of table Dial Code: 669
Toggle between Name/Number: MUTE
Step to next/previous table entry: Volume Up/Down
Delete table entry (Attendant only): FLASH
Exit table review function: ON/OFF
Call Back: SPEED

Display has the following info displayed:

Y XXXXXXXXXX
DATE HH:MM am

XXXXXXXXXX = Caller ID information
Y = A or U (answered or unanswered)

I have a Vodavi STSe system that had to be reinitialized. I do not have the code to make the ICLID tables start collecting data. The caller id is working. but the numbers are not being collected to be able to review. Does anyone have the programming for that area?
