Customer had it. Now its gone.

Admin Programming says it is enabled for Button 20

All other phones have Pool (LG1) as Button 20.

This phone shows 20OPEN

It will not let me put a LG button back on there. Just get a fast busy.

Tried putting a Speed Dial to 801 and same fast busy.

Feature works as if I change it to OFF Hook to a button 13 (Line 1) it will grab that line.

You can't program a user button for a line, loop, or pool or change one that is already one of the above unless you do it thru admin or enable thru admin for a user to do it. This is done in flash 51 programming...

I was in Flash 50 Programming. It would allow me into programming as I was using the "Display" to see what everyone's buttons were programmed as.

801 is a trunk group access code, so I don't really understand your speed dial programming problem, speed dials as a rule just need the outside number without any access code. Pool programming code is 3 plus group number 01,02,03, etc not the full dial code such as 801, 802 etc.

So the correct steps at "enter button data" should be

20-3-01-Hold. This would put a Pool button for LG1 back on button 20.

Since button is currently listed as 20Open there should be nothing blocking this feature.
