Thanks Gary S.

They are not station hunt groups, just ran groups and so you can only use them when programming UCD (flash 62)
To program a Table for a RAN Hunt Group port:
1. Press the TABLE X flexible button (1-8).
2. Dial [3] for RAN Hunt Group.
3. Dial [0458-0461] for RAN Hunt Group used.
4. Enter message duration (000-300 seconds).
5. Press HOLD to save the entry. A confirmation tone sounds and the display updat

Derrick, thanks. Then i need to record the ran hunt gp in the flash V.M. (7) and set selector code, lets say 3, to 0458 for the outside caller to
here that recorded message (all staff are busy please hold) after they press 3.
Am i on the right track ?

It depends, are you sending the calls to a group of phones first and then hear the message if phones are all busy or do you want them to hear the message immediately after pressing 3? If right after pressing 3 then you might as well make a simple menu ( virtual extension forwarded to hunt group such as 451 or another hunt group with the vm extensions in it) with a recorded greeting which in essence fakes a ucd call.

If you are actually using UCD you need to follow the manual, its a bit too complicated to post all the steps here. I can get you started. You send the calls when pressing 3 to a ucd group like 550 which has group extension(s) assigned to it. You set a Ring Timer which determines how long before the first RAN plays. The UCD group is assigned a RAN table, the table has the RAN hunt number in it. You can add an overflow station between the first group and the RAN if you want, but it is not necessary.

Also a Ran announcement can also allow key strokes (menu) or not, this allows people to choose to stay in cue or leave a message, or other options.

Thanks Derrick.
I assume that m.o.h. is also played when no ran message is heard ? This customer wants a lot from a $*** v.m.

If Ringback on transfer is enabled then the caller hears that until the system plays the first message or call is answered, if not enabled then music, but not from the voice mail, from a separate moh source.
