Try putting the fone on a stand alone POE switch and run IP Phonemanager and do a scan for it, if you find it access it and do any changes. If you can't see it then download a program like Angry IP scan

I always talk people out of 2 button IP fones as they are real pigs to deploy and fault find. About time they were delete from the fone catalog. The TDM version are fine for the back office and lunch room etc..
