Got called out on a small hardware issue with an IPK today. No biggie there. While there however, my contact asked about retrieving messages from a mailbox. Here's the scenario. Call comes in on line 4 then RNA's to a voice mail box (205 I believe). They have no way of knowing a message was left until VM calls out and says "you have a message" The operator (x100) demonstrated that she can retrieve a message from the Dterm by pressing the message key, dialing 9205, then listening to messages. So, my question is, is there a way of programming a BLF key with this mailbox, thereby lamping when a message is there? I told the operator to check that box periodically as it sometimes takes 24 hours for that box to call out. I'm more of an Aspire guy and not familiar with the IPK (nobody in Buffalo is)so any help is appreciated.

You should be able to Program a button on the Operators phone for that Mail Box 205. Program a Feature Access Key on a Unused Button in MB:4-12.
