I have a potential customer with a Univerge system. The problem is none of the voicemail messages are intelligible. They are garbled and cannot be understood. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance. Drew

What system type? and what voicemail type?

i remember that the SV8100 with a UM8000 used to have an intermittant issue where this static type noise overtop the announcements would occur just upgrade both system and voicemail to current versions!

btw: i havent seen this issue for years now
