I have an SV8100 with the 8 port InMail daughter-card that seems to have lost all audio on the voicemail ports.

This happened after a unexpected power outage and no programming changes have been made to the system. The system has been up and running for several years with no issues. Now the voicemail will answer and all prompts appear visually on the phone set but no audio comes from the system at all.

I have tried replacing the PZ-VM21 dughter-card re-using the existing CF card. This did nothing to fix the issue.

Has anyone else ran into this problem?
I've seen something like this before . It was sorted by doing a system default and hardware reload of the customer database..
