Customer has a SL1100 and would like to anonymously record calls at 2 extensions. Is there a device that anyone recommend that would interface with the SL and accomplish this?
You could set a type 78 Live record keys on the two stations that want to do this providing that they are digital sets
Set PRG 47.02.07 to Off . This only works on external calls. When the call is answered press the record button and that's it. The only way that is easy to retrieve the recordings apart from logging into the mail box and listening to then is to email then somewhere via PRG 47.02.20~23 and 47.18
Oh, I'm aware of the record feature, but in this case, the customer doesn't want that since it relays on the user to press the Record button. See, he wants it done anonymously for training purposes. At some point he would sit down with the employee and evaluate his phone skills with customers.
