Greetings All,

I have an Electra Elite in one of my company's branch offices that has been working well for the last decade sitting on a PRI. We're switching voice providers and the new CLEC wants to perform some testing prior to porting. They're going to give us a test telephone number that we'll need to program to make sure that incoming calls complete. I've run into a problem as I haven't been able to find anyone in the area who knows this system.

I'm wondering if there might be anyone here who is near the Columbia, SC area who might be able to help. Otherwise, is this the type of thing that you all could walk a layman through? (My phone system experience is limited to a bit of work with Avaya Partner systems and tinkering with Asterisk.)
