SS, I'm trying to do it with 7.0 for a couple of 400 systems,
AvayaNovice,
The Telrad has to use the software to talk to the system, each release is different so you have to use the correct ver. for the system you are trying to connect with , if it doesn't see or talk with the software then it's a no go.
It's a DOS based program that you load to your hard drive and it then explodes all the files, you then open the DKEYBX file and dial in directly to the in-system modem or dial in to the voice mail and transfer your self to the modem then you have to enter the file name for that system a it will open up the programming session where you can change , back up, load new program ect. ect.
So you see it has to be able to talk to the system with the software.
Damn that was a mouth full
Added: I have all my customers ver. and files on my laptops so it's not any kind of emergency, I would just like to get them all on my XP (it would be really handy) Maybe I should just go ahead and load another OS (win98 sec.) to it and that will let me run them all. I have space up the (you know what)I've got two drives C: 60GB and F: has 20GB so that isn't an issue.
O yea AvayaNovice, the new software is all window based and very nice to work with. I think 7.23 and above.
