User choose to not be in the directory, how can I go back and change that?

Not knowing what unit your talking about I would default that box, or delete it and then recreate it.

Type their name in under mailbox programming or you coud reset the user's tutorial from thuser options by dialing 9.

Ended up just resetting the mailbox, typing in their name did not work.

The name would have to be typed in at the second (last) name field, using whatever (last or first) name reference the callers are prompted to use. Then, the mailbox also must have an actual name recorded in order to be listed in the directory. If there is an @ in the beginning of the (last) name field, they will not be listed in the directory.

thats what I thought..but it didn't work, I typed in the last name, tried putting the numbers for the last name, name was recorded. almost had to break out the BFH.
