I am stumped! We use this csu on our installs & everytime our customer uses Time Warner Telecom for PRI I cannot get the circuit to pass thru this!

I have tried every pin-out...does anyone else expereince this?

Are you coming out out of a Versapack? If so flip 1-2 and 4-5 between the Versa pack and ACE and straight cable from the ACE to your equipment.
