Has anyone tried to take a static IP address from an ISP and point it to an IP address within the Xcelerator? A customer has a DVR with cameras and wants to be able to access a specific camera via the web. I have static IP addresses from the ISP and need to point one at the cameras Xcelerator IP address.

One additional item; I attempted to use static routes under WAN advanced settings to no avail. Tech support says to use the NAT - virtual servers part of the program.

On the Xcelerator, forward the DVR port number to the DVR IP address. Use the same IP as what you've given the Xcelerator. If you to dedicate a public static IP address to the DVR, you'll need a router like a Cisco 800 series to accomplish that.
