I am trying to make a call between 2 OS500 release 2 systems Using VOIP.
1)the Media is ADSL
2)they have MGI 2 Cards
3)configuration:
Site 1:-
MMCxxx Private and Public
Ip:192.168.0.185
GW:192.168.0.5
Mask:255.255.255.0

MMCxxx Private and Public
Ip:192.168.0.186
GW:192.168.0.5
Mask:255.255.255.0

4)I connected to the internet Using ADSL Router
5)I forward the following Ports From the Router To the PBX

with that there is a call set up and I get ringing
but when I left the Handset There is no voice!
can any body help me?
For the forwarding ports and system programming seems ok(even if you open more than needed ports), look in MMC xxx and make sure is PUBLIC for the remote sites on both systems.
I did not make a call using Link ID
I used MMCxxx To Specify the VOIP OUT Digit
and MMCxxx for IP address of the other site
I used SIP Trunk Dial not Voip net dial(Not using LCR)
It looks like you are missing ports 1024-4999 tcp to MCP. Look in special applications in your manual.

Note:I tryed Voip net dial But I Get IP Nwetwok Failure

Maybe I am wrong, but it's it a requirement for LCR and a couple of features in xxx to be enabled for networking to function correctly? Try doing the dialing "long hand". TG, site ID, number.

This is what I use.
There is no logical reason to use port forwarding if you have 2 public IP's
The way it should be done:
Main Location Public IP:
PUBLIC IP 69.26.213.226
PORTS: 5000, 5003, 5200, 6100, 9000, 9001 = 10.16.3.99 (MCP)
PORTS: 30000-30031 = Local IP 10.16.3.98 (MGI)
2nd Building Public IP:
PUBLIC IP 216.138.64.66
PORTS: 5000, 5003, 5200, 6100, 9000, 9001 = 10.0.3.99 (MCP)
PORTS: 30000-30031 = Local IP 10.0.3.98 (MGI)
Each system must have the following:
1 Public IP with:
Port 6100 TCP/UDP forward to Ports 5000, 5003, 5200 TCP/UDP, 9000, 9001 and are forwarded to 1st local IP address for the MCP.
Port 30000-30031 RTP/RTCP or UDP are forwarded to the 2nd local IP for the MGI.
There is no logical reason to use port forwarding if you have 2 public IP’s
If you are using 2 public IP’s just do 1-to-1 NAT=
1 public IP has all ports for the MCP: Port 6100 TCP/UDP forward to Ports 5000, 5003, 5200 TCP/UDP, 9000, 9001 (IP phones)
1 public IP has all ports for the MGI: Ports 6100 TCP/UDP, 5000, 5003, 5200 TCP/UDP, 9000, 9001 IP Phones, 30000-30031 RTP/RTCP or UDP
Check MMC's xxx,xxx,xxx,xxx. Now do long hand dial by TG (VOIP), site ID, phone number this will take all routing out of the picture
I have found if I don't fwd ports 1024-4999 to
the MCP-2 specially in networking I have alot of connection problems.
