Customer puts system in to RP2 (day mode, group 501) but after a few minutes changes back to RP1 (night mode, group 519). There is no automatic ring plan schedule programmed. Anyone seen this before? Thank You.
Have you checked holiday dates (MMC512)?
What version software? I'd have to check all the old known issues but there was version of software that had an RP bug in the 100/500 and in the 7XXX (the 7XXX was 4.46)

I do remember from school, if nothing is programmed, the system will default to ring plan 1 if it has any kind of choice. Try filling in some of the blanks to see if it makes a difference.

We had the same issues a while back, ended using an rto key and using RP keys to see what mode it was in.
