First, Thank You Nameless. The centralized trunking works now. It all started because the customer wanted to dial 1+ number no 9 and had incoming DID digits in the main switch that started with 1.
Is there anyway to speed up the call completion going thru LCR? I have a modify table and I'm appending a #. The call's just seem to take 4 times as long to go out as just dialing the trunk group access code. The system is Os 7400 4.70.
Thanks,
John

What is your LCR class for all stations? Are you using more than 1 path per LCR route?

Thanks,
John

Make sure that the trunk group you are using has no inactive trunks. Eg; if you are using group 803 and it has 24 trunks in there but 10 are not active, then the system will look through them all to find the first available, but if it's looking from highest to lowest and there are 5 trunks out of service, it will then look at the next one but has to scan all of those first. So that takes a few seconds to do.
