Dear all,

I connect OS7030 V4.7(sip trunk at OS7030 side) with sonus latform using SIP Peering .

The connection is work succesfully .

The sonus platform is part of PSTN Network have analoge CO line & ip extensions are connected to sonus as extension .

i can make outgoing call from OS7030 to any pstn line or ip extension on the network .

But on incoming call i have issue:

let assume company (A) have two trunks : 064555555 is Anloge co line (PSTN Line)

& 064444444 is sip line number at sonus paltform.

SIP trunk is connected to OS7030 with SONUS Platform as sip peering .

we have two possibilities when company (A) want to make a call to any person at OS7030:

A) if Comapny (A) calling OS7030 USING ANALOGE line (064555555) .

in this case no problem with CLI at samsung Digital phone the cli appears complete (064555555) .

B)if Comapny (A) calling OS7030 USING sip line (064444444) .

In ths case the CLI will be appeare at samsung digital phone is (64444444) without "0"

My issue to add "0" before CLI number .

above case face avya & alcatel & solved it by adding "0" .

Please can you a dvice me how i can added "0" .

Thanks
Nothing can be done yet. The Samsung systems don't support modification of cli. This has been requested to Korea to be changed with no eta.
When you call another phone using the sip line does it show the "0" in front of the number?
Have you ran a trace to test that the cli arrives at the 7030 with a 0?
