How do I change a prompt to dial a different number? For example when people call our middle school there are 4 prompts, #3 is not working right all the other prompts work and are pointed to a valid extension, but the third is pointed to a trunk number, i want to change it to point to a valid extension any help would be appreciated. You need to log onto the Voicecard and go to the "Menu" and "Menu Input Processor" and you can select the destination for #3. If its the old SVMi20E card you can telnet onto it or the SVMi20i card you need the DM tool to log onto it

That did the trick thank you. I don't know what changed in the system to make the current number not work correctly, but i was able to edit it and put in an office extension that worked.
