Hi, we have a service desk ring group, and want to include an off-site extension (connected by SPNet) into the ring group.

The system won't let us add it directly.

We've tried a divert but of course group ringing doesn't follow an extension's divert.

Does anyone know how I can get this to work?

Thanks

Can't do it.
Try this
Set up the off-site extension into a station group of the off-site system
Then set the service group to overflow to that off-site group after 1 sec.
What phonman123 said. Works great! I have used it on numerous sites works like a charm.

That looks interesting...just for my understanding...

So, my ring group on the "home" system is 3503.
The "off-site" extension is 2711 on another system.
So I put 2711 into a group on its own on that system (say 2801).
Then I set group 3503 to overflow to 2801?

But doesn't that stop the phones in 3503 from ringing...or have I missed something...?

Thanks
That will not stop the phones from ringing. It will allow then both groups to ring simultaneously. You should be just fine.
