Has anyone sold and installed the SCM Compact?

How about WE-Voip functionality on Android and Apple devices with the SCM Compact?

Didn't do much with iOS, make sure you enable the push service.
There was an issue with enabling the push service on android and having wevoip extensions in unconditional ring groups, don't know if that's been fixed, it was an issue on 2.2x though

Got the SCM demo kit a while back. And there it sits on my shelf. Support couldn't answer my questions. could not bring it up. Just signed on with Allworxs. Got the demo kit and Very impressed. set up in 2 days without tech support. Phone apps were seamless. I will still purchase Officeserv for existing customers and where the application applies.

I had high hopes for the SCM Compact , after using the SCME.
But in what seems to happen a bit when a vendor tries to shrink the larger product down for the small market it doesn't work.

We-VoIP on the SCMC is much better than on the OS7000.

It supports Android and IOS push service, and has no limitations on number of devices connected.

When configured correctly, field issues will usually be related to Network Connectivity (both LAN and Mobile Network).

As for the SCMC as a whole, its different than the OS7000.
Much more scalable, more feature rich, and much more flexible.

Yes, its a bit strange at first sight, but if you work through the setup menus, and learn the basics, its a great product.

Same here. Got the demo, went through the online training. Technical support couldn't answer questions I had. Our Samsung sales rep tried to push a new software revision and updated training. No real changes. Seems like they are trying to push it down partners throats. No for us.
