7200 Ver 4.95 PRI
Customer is calling into a conference bridge.
Once connected, digit entry does not pass thru
I had customer call me and press digits
I could not hear any tones
When I press digits, while connected to customer, customer can hear digits
Carrier is Spectrum, they say once we're connected it's our problem
Support says it's a carrier problem
Any solutions ? Kinda urgent.

Are you using LCR or straight out on the Pri? If you are using LCR try to dial out using the trunk route access code.
Whether we use LCR, route access or DT appearance
we get the same result
Once connected, can't hear any DTMF digits when customer dials
Try from a cell phone ,,and see if u hear DTMF, both ways.
When I call from a cell, they hear my tones but I don't hear their tones
Correction
From cell phone DTMF in both directions is OK
Calls from a 7200 system via PRI to our 7100 system via our SIP trunks
From PRI - no DTMF to SIP
From SIP to PRI - DTMF OK
Try turning on fake answer supervision in the correct COS .
Where would I find that ?
I don't see it in COS options
Try turning on IP phone audio stop send in system options.
MMC 210 ,ISDNPROGCON ,correct seting is ON
