Hi all! I am working on a Samsung Officeserv 7200 and it is not receiving or allowing calls from all extensions. Dialtone is active from the provider and going into system. I changed out the Trunk card to no avail. Went into program 400 and 401 and did not see anything out of the ordinary.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What version of processor and software do you have?

What trunk card are you using?

Can you see the cards in the cabinet information screens?

MCP Module with software version 4.22

Upgrade to 4.46 to start.
You could try changing it in the pre-install screen saving and changing it back...

ended up being a bad MCP Module.
