I've seen this website several times, but have wondered if anyone has implemented their solution.

I haven't used that brand but do use the leviton management products for racks. Looks similar.
We have used the Neat Patch on one job and it worked well for what we were doing, don't know that we would used them for a larger job. We only had two 24 port panels and switches and no other management was used on the side of the wall rack. The Neat Patch enabled us to hide all of the patch cords in the Neat Patch with out the wall rack needing management on the sides.

looks like it would be a pain to add any cabling to a panel that had one of those above and below it...

In a perfect world, maybe. What would it look like after another PP in installed? Or even after a year of MAC's.
Looks nice! But what makes it so much better than a standard finger duct panel? Looks like more parts which equals more expense.
