What version of Esi-Access are you running? I would think that they would add it to the list or tell you which system type to use if they instructed you to use a specific application.

Maybe you need the new System Programmer software.

ESI System programer is only for the CS

ESI Access 2.14.12 , has the C plus in the drop down
