I am looking to disable the auto-connect/auto answer handsfree mode for internal/intercom calls.

I've tried PROG 3 5 that doesn't do it... Still auto answers/connects.

I want the phone to ring on internal calls till its answered. No VM. Ring till answered.

I want staff to pick up the phone on calls.

Is there a way to do this????

You need to program the *receiving* phone on each phone that you want to disable the feature for inbound calls. That's the only reason I can think of that you wouldn't be able to disable it. It sounds like you are trying trying to program from the calling end.
program 3-5-0-# didn't work?(this is a user function)

The other thing you need would be in installer programming.
Short rant- I REALLY wish there was a system - wide setting at the admin or installer level to kill or enable the handsfree answer (with the user setting overriding). I've got too many sites that won't use it, and disabling at each phone is a time waster.

you need to go to each phone and enable inbound ring ing and how the phone is answered. Each ext has to be programed.. one by one..

Just installed a CS50 at a power plant and had to go to every phone and disable it. Function 3-5-0
At the same time I set passwords for local/remote, button-mapped a few speed dials and set ringing volumes. So make sure that you have all the functions you will need to program and do it in one pass.
