Paypal has some business account features that include web site sales

Quick Books has a feature that may appeal to you.

I was using the pay pal tool which converts the quick book invoice to an invoice in word, which contains an icon to "Pay Now". It worked great for about 6 weeks then it quit. At first I thought it was just the new invoices, but I found out the ones that originally worked now did not. After about 40 minutes bouncing around on the phone with Pay Pal I was told it was a known problem. I asked when it would be corrected, they stated "they were working on it". That has been a few months ago, I'm not holding my breath.
