I need to update my web pages and I'm having a hard time getting them to look right. I have tried Frontpage and Dreamweaver but it never looks right in all browsers. Is there a free, simple editor out there that will do simple text and picture web page viewable by all browsers?

Try Joomla.

Word Press fairly easy, never played in Joomla

NVU (N-View or "New View") is a pretty simple WYSIWUG

We use Joomla and would highly recommend it.

I like NVU that Tommy linked to, as it seems very simple. If you want to look at something else, Microsoft's "Expression Web" is now free: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36179

Little tip, after a quick glance of your site.
Don't have over 100 links on any page. It will dilute your authority.
