I have a question about changing the User Name. I can change the name of the person in the Directory (by pressing O, then changing the name). This change shows-up on the LED display when I call his Extention Number. How do I do the same thing for when I call his four digit Line Number?
Depends... I'm guessing that it shows up in HIS display when you call his four-digit line number - maybe via centrex? Two other places to look - B screen Line area. Increment up thru the line IDs and look at line name. This may be where you'll find it. OR if you have a DID environment, maybe in YA screen - rattle thru the pages and see if anything else looks familiar.
Oh, and if he is an ACD agent, you'll want to find his agent number in the QB screen and change it there.
