I've played around with Asterisk for a while, yet never ran into this. I went and picked up a data cable for my cell and made an audio cable.

To make a long story short:

I set up an FXS port on my * box as a CO line on my ESI demo kit. Now my cell phone is ringing my ESI phone.

I'm going to play with this and see how stable it is.
