Had a request to pick o+ in a motel thru programming to 1010432. This is in Goldsboro, NC. Problem is, I dial 1010432 on trunk and it goes to Bell South. 1010432 is supposed to be Quest, I think. But, then I got to thinking, didn't SWB/ATT buy both Quest and Bell South, among other LEC's. Oh, oh, oh, my head! John C. (Not Garand)

Qwest is still out there. SBC and Verizon decided against buying Qwest and respectively went after AT&T and MCI instead.
