We've installed several of the UCMC units for the ICE and it seems to be a powerful voicemail. Certainly a great deal in this market segment.

aweaver you have not had any problems with this voicemail? I just tried to install my first one not to long ago and I had a list of problems with it a mile long. Tadiran just shipped me the replacement unit but I will be installing a hdd mail to replace the UCMC.

does anyone know why there are so many problems with the ucmc for the emerald product? i have contacted my rep to talk but no response as of yet.

I had lunch with my rep the other day, of course they claim there is no problems with the UCMC. I am going to install a new one in the next couple of weeks. Hopefully the first one I got was just bad one. I will give it another chance.
